Wow that is a nice J-10 Gary and that scheme really suit it.

I didn't really have any problems with the landing gear. When I built mine the most difficult part I found was the seperate  drop in rear part on the lower rear fuselage. The fit was so bad on mine that it took as long to clean it up as it did to put the rest together.

I also tried to add an after market seat as the kit one was a bit meh. This is when I found out the cockpit was to shallow. :banghead:
