SAAB Draken lives on...

Scenario:

In the 1960s, the SAAB Draken gains more than 1000 sales throughout the world, some of them including Israel, South Africa and Switzerland. in the 1970s and 1980s, these countries begin looking at upgrading their Drakens.

What i need:

I need help on what these "Super Drakens" would incorporate, and where to fit it. Ive got the Airfix Draken, and i messed it up, so now im doing an upgraded version.

Up until now, i am thinking:

Canards (but where should i fit them?!?)

Longer nose with radar and camera (Like on the Atlas Cheetah)

Slightly enlargened air intakes

Slightly larger vertical tail? (should i? Should i not?)

I always liked the idea of Mirage Milan-style flick out forward-swept canards on the Draken, folding into the underside of the intake ducts....

Had a flash of inspiration at the weekend - Novo Sea Vixen outer wing panels left over from not the folded wing option.  Fit to Draken either as high altitude PR version (probably not) but mess with canopy, intakes and possibly add twin fins for a 'Draken 21'.  Just need a Draken! ;D ;D

I vote for twin fins and wingtip sidewinders. Sky flashes?

Update:

As you can see, it has been very inspired by Kfir and Atlas Cheetah.

Payload so far consists of an ECM pod and a gun pod. I will fit 2 more missiles, but what missiles does Switzerland use?

Wingtip rails...looks cool!

Funnily enough, the only "uniquely Swiss" AAMs were the modified Falcons used on their Mirage IIIS, which are, as far as I know, externally identical to the Swedish Rb-Falcons on the J-35F.

Very nice looking mods Thomas!  I prefer your Canards to those shown on the Airvectors plan view, the sweep is more in keeping with the Drakens lines.  Swiss markings then?  It'd make sense, the only European neutral country not to have taken Sweedish aircraft.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Swiss markings then?

Not completely sure on markings yet, I just like the look of 2 small missiles on the Swiss Mirages

For the markings it will likely be Sweden, Poland, Czech Rep., Switzerland, Spain or Canada. More unlikely, but also in the running is Brazil, Yoguslavia and Germany... (Overall light grey )
