Christmas just got better. Just hours to the A400M first flight, and Boeing confirms the first flight of the 787 on the 15th!!! Now bring on the 747-8 please! :wub:

Watched the whole thing live on sattelite TV.
at 10.16AM, the A400M has left the ground, even did a fast short take-off  :o

touched down ack at sevile an hour ago, from what ive seen, i handled like a dream  :rolleyes:
they now are gonna interview the crew to ask how the aircraaft performed  :mellow:

Well I guess leasing them is the next best thing, that's how the the Tornado F.3's are coming back from the Falklands.  These big birds frequent Calgary International fairly regularly too.
