Will die without understanding this world.

I think I might be able to get paint on later this arvo after I've done some more PSR...
It'll be auto touch-up paint - Suburu WRX Blue auto touch-up paint to be precise! With GT stripes of some kind!

When you are done, you need to pose this with some California Girls...

Naughty Captain Canada, our Groans-to-Grins rate just went up alarmingly!

Started spraying it this arvo. Went to the local car bits dealer and got a can of deep royal blue metalic touch-up paint for the striping (they didn't have a metallic black, low on stock) and a nifty deep green metallic I'll find a use for eventually. At the moment I'm waiting half an hour before I apply the second coat to the under side. The top has already had three coats, and I'll polish it tommorow. Technically, you should wait a week, but this is a one week GB dangit! (And besides, I am VERY impatient!)

All the paint is on and looking nice, but I'm not showing you until it's polished

I'd poke my tongue out at you but we lack the smilie for that...

besides it'll look way cooler polished.

Behold! Photographic evidence!
I think I can safely claim it is A: finished, B: blue and C: shiny.

Looks great, PW! I really like that blue color. It's almost hypnotic!

Looks good.  And very plausible.

We don't just embrace insanity here.  We feel it up, french kiss it and then buy it a drink.

Excellent - you really should send these pics to Volkswagen......

I just can't seem to get the paint to look right when photographed - without flash it's too dull, with flash it looks too dark... it's a much more vibrant colour when seen in real life. Guess I need to rig up a multi-light photo set up and take the pics on that.

Don't photo using a flash, it'll show up every speck of fluff or whatever.
If you have external lights, you can hang a sheet inbetween the model and the light source, or try bouncing the light source off of the ceiling to diffuse it slightly.
