Yes, that stance does look better!

>From the tamiya kit I have also `borrowed` the doors which thou` undersized give a better visual impression. <

Yes, they do give a better impression. Funny how a few thousandths of an inch can be detected by the human eye.

Keep on keepin' on!
My mind is like a compost heap: both "fertile" and "rotten"!

Just a quick update.

Dogsbody & Sequoiaranger, thanx much for the input needed to correct an obvious flaw.
Much Appreciated

Small problem. Before lifes little tribulations I put the former and mouldings for the canopy somewhere safe. So safe that I now can`t find them  :banghead:. Now I shall have to redo, not such an easy job at this stage of construction.

Meanwhile back at the BatCupboard I`m in the process of deciding wether to dump or repair and redo some of my favourites.  During the recent fireworks my cats had got into the room and decided that my display shelf was the safest place to be. So being as two bodies cannot ocupy the same space as half a dozen models.................. >:(

Now some of these look repairable and I think I have most of the pieces, but matching the colours is a big issue and subjects like the mistel might be a scrapper but I`ll let you know how they progress.

Been putting this one off for a while hopeing I could find the `safely stored` canopy moulds but no luck. So have made another, not the easiest job when the models nearly finished and fitted to the base but done. Not as good as the original, but as theres no known photo`s or plans of the real aircraft there acceptable if only to get it finished!.

Just the radio mast and seat belts to do on the plane, the cars done and I have the ICM figures that Tamiya packed the Citroen with to build and paint and will try to use these from OOB if poss`, so hopefully should be done soonish.
Enjoy and usual Comm`s & Crit`s

I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Sorry Bruce, but it is. A lot of my stuff on here lately has been real world I`ve noticed, but nobodies complained yet. Perhaps if we just keep it to ourselves.......................................... ;D ;D ;D
Thanks for the ego boosts.

Looks pretty damn sweet like that, with the radial engine.

That He-162 styled 262 looks pretty damn sweet too - I love the twin blended top-mount engines on there.  I also notice a RATO booster nozzle in there.

Damn fine work.  It would be interesting to do an operational version as well.
