Thanks, once I get the last few black & white 'stones' put on and a couple of other decals, I'm hoping that the clear flat that will follow will allow the camo to be seen with full effect without the shine.

Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?

Looking good, Robert !

Now, can we get an update on the big 101 ?

Love the chocolate chip camo!  You've done a truly great job on this very believable bird, Robert.

Thanks again guys, really appreciate all the nice comments.

Todd,  once this is finished I intend to finish that one too, I dug out the box I had put everything in a few days ago and looked at it, now I've got the urge to get on with it before I start the Chadderton project.

I'd missed this completley Robert! :banghead:  Nice job, love the choc-chip camo!
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Maverick

Superlative stuff, especially considering the scale & size of the kit.  Love the cammies.

Oh, that's just mental!

Our guys were just happy to have Griffons over there -- they'd be doing jumping jacks if we sprung for attack helos...

Thanks everyone, I was worried that the camo wouldn't come out the way I wanted it to.  I'll get some better photos taken of it later so there's not so much glare.

Here's a pic of the underside which might be a bit better.

Well it's done, just have to attached the ordnance and a couple of touch-ups.  Here's a few photos of the pods etc, and one of the helicopter before I attach everything.
