Cheers fella's.

The personal stuff is thankfully behind me so now, so I can concentrate on getting this finished. I have other projects I want to get cracking on.

Well I have made some real progress on this baby.

I have also developed a few time saving techniques of the course of this mask and paint job which has really reduced the amount of time it has taken me to do the upper hull.

I have also rediscovered MASKOL. I had a bottle of the stuff sitting on my desk for years and I have never used it much unless I wanted to do a chipped effect. On this model I have been using it to get in between the thin panel lines on the raised tiles. It's saved me hours of cutting very thin bits of tape.

Anyway on with the show ;D

I love this!  I've been watching the "Clone Wars" CGI series on Cartoon Network, and I'm getting to learn the shape of this vessel very well.  It certainly looks the part.  Kandosii, as the Mandalorians would say.

We don't just embrace insanity here.  We feel it up, french kiss it and then buy it a drink.

Wow, you have positively nailed the paint-job, Sisko.  Love the perfectly faded subtlety.  Freaks me out as I've seen studio scale models in excess of 6-ft length that do not look this good.

You can paint my sf models any day!!
