Well on Tuesday the 24th it will be 2 years since i started this little peice of work...................and it has taken a life of it's own now.

with the aircraft i will finish tomorrow or Monday there are 145 aircraft on here thats over 1.3 a week :blink: :blink: shocked me on how many it was !

I'd like to thank everyone for the aprox 48000 hits  :blink: :blink: :blink:

Bit tongue in cheek this one, a friend gave me an old Airfix kit on Thursday night, he had made it in the early 1970's so in an attempt to make it better i did this yesterday

Just say it's leased from a French airline like TAT, they used to paint their planes bright colours. Love these empires twilight models,especially the Yak130's from a while ago and the BEA Cargo Belfast is class!!

Which kit is the '340?
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Its a solid resin kit i found in a charity shop, so I'm not sure looks to be around 1/100 scale as its too small for 1/72 and too big for 1/144
