An armor guy, who builds airplanes almost exclusively, that he converts to space fighters-- all while admiring ship models.

That's one heavy carrier bird!  Spotted the Sea Hawk, although I hadn't worked out it was scale-o-rama'd, couldn't work out the other parts & the canopy is still a mystery!
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Cobra

Very Cool. the Canopy looks like it's from an f-84! Great Work on the Jet   You do Great Dio work on Stuff like this! Thanks for Posting. :cheers:Dan

WHOA! That is one excellent bit of scaleorama. I like the tail: fits right in with early Supermarine 508 ideas...

Very nice bit of scalerama there Tim
YOU could do one of these with a Buccaneer  type weapons bay as it looks big enough, and put a huge homing torpedo in it

Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?

pyro-manic

Oh my god - that is just brilliant! It's sleek, purposeful, has that sexy Hawker shape, and just looks fantastic.

OK, gush over - I think this is my new favourite from you, Tim. Superb.   It's what the Canberra would have looked like had it been a Hawker design.
Some of my models can be found on my Flickr album >>>HERE<<<

Interesting.  One could almost envisage this as a Buccaneer competitor.

One of your best yet!!!

It's fantastic in that it doesn't even look like a scalorama! Bravo!
