Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

That colour scheme looks fantastic on it.

I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Very nice Tim,
I am liking what you have done with the BV222, it certainly suit its new job and colour scheme. I have been trying to find the 1/72nd scale one of these that Revell did, but to no avail.
Cheers,
Chris.

There was one in a shop near me. I can have a look if you want?

Lovely work as always, Tim - your small-scale stuff is looking very good indeed.
Some of my models can be found on my Flickr album >>>HERE<<<

Cheers Alun,
As long as it isn't too expensive I will take you up on that offer.

DeHaviland Canada 8,-300 series, Western Pacific Airlines, Las Vagas 1991

Operated by western Pacific airlines on behalf of the " Highroller " service of Boyd gaming corporation, between its casinos in Las Vegas, Kansas city and Tulsa.
Part of a 15 aircraft fleet it was often in the last days before the 91 disaster held up by commonwealth commontators as one of the symptoms of the moral decay in the US and the unlimited power of the mighty Dollar.
It is now known that this particular aircraft escaped the chaos that descended on this part of the former USA during the 91 disaster and today flys with the Republic of Texas and Mexico air arm.

Niiiice.  The (different) cheesecake on both sides of the tail is a nice touch, too.

Excellent stuff Tim,  as per usual ;D
What kit is that by the way? I wouldn't mind a few sets of those to replace the props on my other mohawks and Bronco's
Cheers,

Canadair Challenger 601, NHS Blood Transfusion and Transplant Service, UK 1990

On the 17th of April 1988 the Duke of Edinburgh had what can only be described as a serious accident whilst indulging his hobby of cross country carrige work. In hospital with an almost severed arm the Duke the duke was the repsipriant of over 20 pints of blood before the successful outcome of the operation.

The next day normal television programes in the UK were interupted for a broadcast by the immensly popular Princess Royal, whom took the time to thank the British people for the gift of freely given blood that had saved her father. This broadcast had a huge effect upon the National Transfusion service with donations up 40% in the short term and 15 % in the long run it was further boosted by picures of the Princess Royal and the duke of York waiting in line with ordinary citizens and giving blood.

As the service grew it was obvious that some of the more rare blood types and products were needed quickly across the country and convebtional transport types just wouldn't cut it. The Princess Royal approached a well known and succesful British Airline operator with the idea of gifting to the country a fleet of 4 aircraft to move some of deseratly need items around the country.

On the 9th of August 1990 the National Blood Transfusion service emergancy air service was inugarated. Working for the HNS and with every airfield in the UK agreeing to waive the landing fees the service had a happy start and was credited with saving 112 lives in the first 3 months of operation.

Operating right through the 91 disaster and beyond the service is now a mature part of the UK's emergancy services and even operates within large parts of the " Anglo Empire " and French Republic.

Now then Gentlemen and ladies after this little story there is just one thing to say GIVE BLOOD it's a good cause.
