Nice.  You've done a good job matching up the wings.  I'm looking forward to more of this one.

We don't just embrace insanity here.  We feel it up, french kiss it and then buy it a drink.

Do you know the P-40 Twin-Tigerhawk (in the cartoon Luftwaffe 1946 then in a book of mine)?

Thanks for the kind comments. Not too much progress, but the bulk of the PSR is now done and a light blue undercoat has been applied.

Chap - it will be Soviet. My original back story had this as a Russian project but I'm thinking now that perhaps it will be a US project supplied under lend-lease and painted in a three tone green/brown/grey scheme with red stars on white discs similar to the delivery scheme used on some B-25 Mitchells.

Sequoia - yes the inner u/c legs will have to be shortened. I used this method to build a P-39 based Twin Kobra and I was surprised at just how much had to be take off the inner oleos to make them fit. I built a twin fuselage Shturmovik some years ago and used only the outer U/C legs but it just looked wrong.

Tophe - I bought "Fantomes Fourchus" several years ago and I've since downloaded "The End of Forked Ghosts" (which provided the inspiration for the Twin Kobra) but I'd not seen the P-40 Twin Tigerhawk before - I assume that this is in the "Supplement No-1" which I don't have.

Yes, Ted Nomura's Twin-Tigerhawk is featured in the Supplement N°1 to Forked Ghosts. I include here a view. You see this is different from your one, so you are a creator indeed! Thanks again
