This command car is marked as AIRFIX but I think it is a 're-box' of someone else? The model is good but the figures are c##p and are actually badly made 1/48 figures which would be best thrown in the bin.
When I went to the PX this year, I was after a weapons'carrier but actually both Dodges have the same wheelbase, so it don't matter.
Future project when I finish a few other things.

Originally MAX, and after Airfix the mould was tweaked a bit then released by Italeri.

The King Tiger so far. After this shot, worked on the front piece and the barrel. Next step, the muzzle brake.

Rear view of King Tiger and turret. The narrow slot along the side, is the exhaust pipe of the T-62A.

Neat way of getting a neat slot

This is an old Pyro XK 120 that I obtained from a friend. What I'm doing with it is converting it into something else. With a wheel base of 10' it just needs to be a little bit longer as the width is right. All I'm using is the chassis, maybe the wheels (not sure yet) long time project.

Back with the Bellanca and up to the point of painting it and adding all the fuselage decals, before adding the outer section of the lower wing. Looked it up on the web the other day and sat for half an hour trying to figure out civil or US Army.Civil in Canadian or US register or US Army in O.D. and Chrome yellow.......or True Blue and yellow....I think, if it's Army, IT WILL BE o.d.
Any ideas?

As you can see.....the undersides of the Jag are limited to 'not much', but not to worry.

They included the chassis frame OK, but seem to have forgotten the floor!  :o
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

And the dif, shaft and engine......nothing much really.

Wouldn't you think NATO could have thought of something better than Mainstay, like Mango Juice.....something I'd remember?

Beriev A 50 take off. I was going to add the flaps but looking at a photo of ít' taking off realised the flaps were down no more than 5 degrees....so didn't bother.
