You're a machine, Glenn! I must say, I'm intrigued most by the "Thames dredger" you listed a few days ago. Looking forward to seeing that.
Some of my models can be found on my Flickr album >>>HERE<<<

Glenn

The Thames Dredge comes from a mid-1970's Model Boat magazine...I so love plans! This morning's run is as follows....
1/32 Lancaster finishing the cockpit of section 5

1/48 TFX Beaufighter...making 60 lb rockets. (not a fun job!)

1/48 Finmark spinning props one of two. ( this model is almost finished)

Only a short run this morning, local shopping....sorry about that!

1/48 KM-109K/16 canopy and D/F loop

And, finally....the 1/100 Ki-61 is finished, replaced with a Veb 1/100 Yak 24P. It will be butchered, as what else would one do with it?

Cool! Pics at last. And worth the wait, this is craftsmanship at its best.

Glenn

Building that Lancaster, is like building a real one.......less the hastle of the Air Ministry.
Anyhow, today I'm on to the MoonBus from 2001:A Space Odyssey. I've had the Aurora model since it was launched in the 1970's and always thought it was 1/50sc......but, on looking at the StarshipModelers page told the world it was 1/54. (go figure?)
So, thinking it was 1/50 sc, I decided to make a model twice the size, making it 1/25. (not 1/27) I started it around 20 years ago, and now have just finished the undersides....less rocket nozzles and landing legs, although the rear of the interior is 3/4 the way finished.
The photo shows the Aurora model at the bottom, with the fully scratchbuilt model above it....I thought the hardest part of this model would be the crew, but no....it's retaining my sanity!
