I remember a while back, asking you guys what the vehicle was in the movie 'Stripes' and was given all the info on the 'GamaGoat'!
When I saw the Tamiya model of this vehicle....you could have knocked me over with a 3/4 ton Dodge, as I never thought I'd ever see a model of it!

STRIPES, here I come!

Now, there are three things I can do with this model..........
Glenn

Well, the 3 I can think of are;

1. OoB it;
2. Break it up for parts; or
3. Whif it (Whif it good).

Did someone mention DEVO ?!?!?!

*****

Whiff It
(Sorry Devo, its all Freedom of Choice Here)

Sniff a whiff
Give the past the slip
Add a canard
Another turbine ain't too hard

If the plastics lookin' real you must whiff it
Before the rivet counters squeal you must whiff it
Flip your floats for legs for wheels and then you whiff it

Now whiff it
Outta shape
Mix it up
Go agitate
Go dreamin'
Bend your head
Try to revise it
No J M N
If ya whiff it
Whiff it good

If it ran along the ground you must whiff it
Till its winging thru the clouds then you've whiffed it
Until you've PSR'd you've never whiffed it

I say whiff it
Whiff it good
I say whiff it
Whiff it good

If it us'ta breathe the air you must whiff it
Till only aluminums there you must whiff it
To give reality a scare you must whiff it

Now whiff it
Into shape
Just create
Not replicate
Changin' colour
No debate
Assymetric
It's not too late
To whiff it
Outta shape
Mix it up
Just deviate
'nother story
'nother place
'nother kingdom
It's not too late
To whiff it
Whiff it good

And it actually sounds OK too.

(and the builds looking good too...)

Oh, that's just too damned good!

Awesome!

Saw Devo in Adelaide with my daughter last year - she was pretty skeptical but went to see Simple Minds (the concert was a 3-for-1; The Church, Devo & Simple Minds) but left the concert demanding to be able to borrow my Devo CD's (actually, I'm pretty sure the word she used was "steal"). ;D
Has a life outside of What-If & wishes it would stop interfering!

Hehehe, that's terrific Mr Mushi!

I could almost hear the track running through my head while I was reading your new words, superbly done.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Back with the Dan Dare scout ship from 'Visit of The Earthmen' with the fuselage finished and cockpit well assembled.

At present, the upper surfaces are completed, and painted. By the size, I'd say it's around 1/32 sc...so now to find a couple of figures.

Nice scratch-building! Congratulations, Glenn!

As you can see, 'Huey' is moving along......The body is almost constructed, and at present am working on the full size one. When that is up to the same construction as this model, the mechanical arm will be worked on.....have to think of how to construct it!

Back with 'Betty Grable' with her new tailplane started. I used the original tail and tailplanes and covered them with plasticard but longer and wider to put it into proportion.

Glenn

Tophe

Perfect!
Leave it as is is now (asymmetric), this is even better, and no need of extra work... ;)

This foto, one of four is proof of a lie told in 1947 when 'Chuck' Yeager of the USAAF flew faster than the speed of sound!

THE TRUTH!

On the 21st August 1946, Hanna Reitsch flew this Messerschmitt P.1111 from Augsburg, to an altitude of 10.000m (rocket assist) placed the aircraft into a shallow dive and exceeded a speed of 1260kmph.

It is time for the truth!

NARSES2

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

'What do you mean, "I" was speeding?'

One tailplane to go.......then all the transparent bits.
