In aestheticly parallel terms, having the Fw-190 atop a Ju-88 Mistel, could a Bf-109F/G/K sit atop a Heinkle He-111 Mistel where the bomb has a shape somewhat akin to the shape of the spinner of the latter 109s?       In the former example, a blocky and tough looking machine is astride another blocky and tough looking machine.   In the latter, sleek on sleek.

What if Bf 109 received Jumo 213, like Fw190?

Would you increase tail fin area? Would you lengthen wings?
