I quite like it! Has a certain bulky charm to it, I think. Cetainly there are uglier aircraft....

I'll disagree with you about the SR.177 and F4F (at least the later versions) but the Amiot 143's contemporaries in French service was just as much offenses against aerodynamics and the LWS Zubr was worse, yet.

The Brewster Buffalo has always struck me as being "so ugly it's almost (but not quite) cute".
Not older than dirt but remembers when it was still under warranty.
