Cool - why not start a trend and have some models of classic and modern machine tools? ;)

Be better to have them in a standard scale though, like 1/35th, so that they can be mixed with other things to create dioramas.

Scifi product, but I've always thought this design lent itself to speculative work.  I might have to get one, or two:

Verlinden do some in 1/35 specifically for dioramas etc
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Latest aircraft kit from Finemolds is a fictional plane from the new Studio Ghibli movie Kaze Tachinu (The Wind Rises) about the designer of the Zero Fighter Jiro Horikoshi. I'm assuming it is from a dream sequence or something. http://finemolds.co.jp/buta/FG6.html

'Tis a fairly standard haori jacket (or possibly a kimono). I have one - very comfortable.

I quite like the design, though it's impossibly flimsy. But I won't worry too much about that...
Some of my models can be found on my Flickr album >>>HERE<<<

Over the years I learnt to rely on TAHS for kits from this company. I've googled and Ebayed and it seems the only source is direct from Japan. I did order one in December and it arrived in four days  but does anyone know any suppliers/shops in UK still stocking? Hannants do have some second hand but not what I need.

It tends to be hit and miss. You do see some at shows occasionally on a couple of traders stands but it seems to be hit and miss. It appears to be that every now and then a container comes in and then no more for a fair few months.

I normally notice the aircraft but have seen some armour. Next time I see any I shall take a note of the trader. Sorry can't be of any immediate help

I'd be very grateful, thank you. Especially 1/48 Japanese a/c.

Any Laputa fans? FM are doing a kit of the Tiger Moth pirate airship. http://hlj.com/product/FNMFG-08
No mention of scale but you do get a 1/20th scale figure of Captain Dola.

Ooh I like that.  It'd be pretty big in 1/72.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.
