When I grow up, I want to have skills just like that.

What're those things on tripods? Cameras?

My GAWD! What an apparition! Three Jumos (actually four, if you count the 004)! I guess if you want a fast recon plane, you need engine power and lots of fuel!!

I don't know where the "ysi" comes from, but now the "maniac" part is clear!

Good job!
My mind is like a compost heap: both "fertile" and "rotten"!

Judging from the carpentry work on the very high drag scaffolding and cine cameras it looks to me to be a test bed.

Thanks for the inspiration. I've been wanting to turn a 188 kit into a mothership for luftwaffe x-planes and was wondering how the cameras would look.

Y si = what if

Y si maniac = fond of whatif !

(can't think of a decent french translation for that, sigh...)

King Arthur: Can we come up and have a look?
French Soldier: Of course not. You're English types.
King Arthur: What are you then?
French Soldier: I'm French. Why do you think I have this outrageous accent, you silly king?

Well regardless I would rather take my chance out there on the ocean, that to stay here and die on this poo-hole island spending the rest of my life talking to a gosh darn VOLLEYBALL.

Ok, what are people's ideas for:

  • Ju 588?
  • Ju 688?
  • Ju 788?
  • Ju 888?

Regards,

Greg

Off the side of my head ( There's nothing on top )

588- twin turboprops
688- recce version of the above
788- Swept wing version of the previous pair ( At which point the Junkers engineers realize that nothing of the
         original structure remains )
888- What else? A Zwilling 488, with the right-hand fuselage modified to air-launch an A-4.

GTX

What if the Ju-488 was based on the early Ju-88A series?

Anyone want to cut up a pair of Revell's 1/32 Ju-88As???

Greg

Sorry, Greg, for abusing your profile.
Cheers,

Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?

GTX

That's fine - I till dare you to make it using a pair (or more) of Revell's 1/32 Ju-88As!
