The added detail really rounds things off! They've gone for a Vulcan on this one, right?
Cheers,

Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?

sotoolslinger

Nope this airframe is just too small for a gatling type. I am putting a much bigger radar in the nose than the original F-5 had. The Drakens wing guns are replaced with 27 mm cannon with 125 rounds per gun and the nose has 1 20 mm with 370 rds  Wait a few and I will show the loadout

Cue 1970s Batman music and sing along!
"Bat-Plane! Bat-Plaaane! Da da da da dah-dah da da!"

;D

Sorry, the black paintjob and wavy trailing edge just reminded me of a Batplane!

I get this one in my head every time I open this thread, just with Sotools kitbash in the titles instead of the sub!

Keep it up Tex, now your home we expect it done in double quick time!
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

STS, you're really coming along quite nicely.

Interesting looking weapons suite - It really does stand out.  I sat there trying to figure them out before you explained, and the other part of me was going "ok, so he combined this and this to get that, and that's made of this and this"

It's real good looking so far, keep it up!
