Thanks Ed man Here is the secret cheat to casting parts

This stuff is like 3 bucks at HOME DESPOT 

To make a cast you ,of course need a suitable mold,AND A RELEASE AGENT

I often use masking liquid but I was too lazy to walk down 2 stories to get it....white glue or anything else that won't stick to styrene will work

Here is another cast (cut in half ) for the upper contours
