Yeah  the original idea as to do an F-105 with Draken wings

I think that profile was by Retro 70's but I would have to scaleorama a 1/72 Thud with a 1/48 Draken . Then I got the F-5 and noticed how well they fit together

Thanks Cap'n  it is also very influenced by the Alphan Manta from the TTA handbook "Spacecraft 2000 TO 2100"  It had to fight hard to remain a jet and not get made into a spaceship
