:) I'll bring my Financial Advisor...... :)
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Possibly.  ;D ;D
Actually not, I'm afraid.  I've been nuturing my love affair with the M40 and the M6 since the New Year courtesy of hospitalised Dad in Manchester.  Consequently not much modelling either (almost finished a Matchbox Tempest F6, though).
Southern Expo should be a good bet, tough.  Maybe some of last year's unfinished whifs might even be finished by then!

Had a great time-good to meet up with some of the SIG.

Here are some pics-some of the SIG pics turned out very badly -due to the light and my camera settings- so there are not as many as I had hoped.

and here is a pic of Trev aka Howard of Effingham

I hope these give those who weren't there an idea of the display

Van,

Excellent set of pics, it shows just how dense our 'parking' needed to be today. :)

Nice to add faces and names to some Forum IDs too, I'm very glad I went, and looking forward to Cosford etc. too.

Some lovely stuff!  Good to see one of Anigrands T-4MS kits made up, Mike McEvoy's doing I guess, looking at the Grumpy Old Modeller tag.  From the all too breif a times I've met him, you couldn't meet a less grumpy feller!
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

I had a brilliant time today, better than last years MK Show, and I got to meet a load of new friends off forum too   Was really great to chat to everyone. I managed a few photos in between tantrums from my 6 yr old stepson, Sammy, known on Britmodeller and now it seems by most of the modelling community as "The Devil Child"

And I found this funny little Chap lurking around  :o

Typical  :banghead:  Inbetween dealing with the Tiny Terror, luckily I had Big Bird on hand to help me out, I did manage to escape now and again, but as I dont trust the little toad, I had to keep legging it sharpish.  Plus, I only just managed to get home in time for my partner to get to work......... Oooops

OOPS! The General will have peeling spuds under guard for several years for that! I should have known better after following his build thread on Britmodeller.
