ive been making models ever since i was 12, but it wasnt until today that i started using paint cleaner
i know it sounds strange, but ive been experimenting with Revell Paint Cleaner today as a paint stripper, but now the question.

how should i dispose of the small ammount of liquid i used, i dont think i can through it in the sink, or should i store it for proper disposal later?

i know its kind of a dumb question, coming from an experienced modeler

Store it, for sure.  My wife always wonders why I keep every lidded glass jar (pickles, etc).

I run my used paint thinner through a paper coffee filter, then let the thinner evaporate. The filter with residue goes into the trashcan. Not sure that's the best way, though.

Generally speaking, disposing of small amounts of cleaning solvents down the sink is fine, especially those that are commercially available.  It's when it gets to larger amounts that your local authority might get on your back, or some specific chemicals, that probably won't be commercially available anyway.  If your not sure, check with your local waste disposal site & they'll be able to advise you.

Like Hobbes says, one of the best ways is to filter it & re-use it.  Saves you money & saves the world!
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.
