That's not particularly Swiss, rather the standard German RLM 74/75/76 livery with bright markings on top. Another option could be a late war livery in RLM 81/82 or 83 with RLM 76 below, or something post WWII Swiss:

It's one of the unfortunate FFA P-16 prototypes - I think only one was ever camouflaged, and the whole program was axed (and the Hunter eventually entered the scene).
