this just came to me, the idea is basicly the same as the profiles GB, only diference is that instead of basing a model on a profile, the model should be based on something from a comic book.

such exsamples would be the TinTin, DC Blackhawks, blacke & mortimer comics,......

and not only aircraft can be eligable, but also armour and ships.
so what you think, below some examples.

Khemedi Mosquito

Bordurian Bf.109

other aircraft/vehicles include, the bordurian army tank (cant remember witch one, i think it was a T-34 or a Tiger)
the curtiss Seahawk (from the USS Los Angeles, tintin)

the Skyrocket from DC comics Blackhawks, are those gypsy Major engines?

and then there's all those other planes, tanks and ships from Blake and mortimer, Buck Danny, chevalier du ciel,....

Ooooh, I'd be in for this! I'd probably have a go at bashing one of the ships from Ministry of Space. Or maybe something from a Masamune Shirow book.
Some of my models can be found on my Flickr album >>>HERE<<<

The Luft 46 guys should be on the bandwagon with the comic out about them.

And Rat, nice version of WW's plane but I thought it was a T-tail.

Poor planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part...

It was, that conventional tail is what makes mine a whiffer.

I was going to suggest this as a separate GB thread, but it seems to fit better in here:

Holy Mufflers Batman! It's the Superhero vehicles GB!

There's been any number of Batplanes, Batcars, Batrollerskates over the years so the proposition is simple: design a vehicle for the superhero of your choice!

I know what I'm doing (already have the kit) - a Phantom F-100 (get those purple and grey paints out):

I knew I had seen a decal sheet or 2 for Tin Tin planes.  Are they still available.

I'm still trying to figure out how to model the 'Poh Poh Poh' sound effects onto that mosquito
There are no good kits, bad kits or grail kits, just kitbash fodder.
