Very good Carlos, OK I think the front is a Sea Harrier but what is the rest of the fuselage and fin?

Thanks a lot for your kind words

I have to confess that I enjoy very much with projects based on Secret Projects (our very recommendable     resource center) that provides 3-view drawings to work with.

Thanks

Wowza! I thought about doing a Piranha some time ago but never found the courage.

Nice to see this! Fantastic work thus far Carlos! Must say I, too, am curious about the paint scheme planned...

I am retaking this project. I will post some update soon. BTW: our very own Maverick made some profiles that I do not find :banghead: . Can someone help me?
Just a comment: I think that this design cannot have much internal fuel above all if you consider that it was fitted with KCA 30mm gun. What do you think?

Very good news Carlos! ;D
You can use the Sea Harrier, Hawk or Alphajet gun pods...

Green Dragon

Very nice work so far Carlos! I hadn't seen this build before. Looks great but as you said not much internal fuel, could always add a retractable refueling probe? Was it meant as a fighter, light strike or multi-role?

Pure bashing wizardy.

And the Piranha is somewhat sexier than the F/A-18's that were actually purchased in the end.

Carlos, I am so jealous of your ability to cut and splice and make it come out looking like it's supposed to. This is a wicked looking little bugger

Ditto that.  Looking forward to further progress shots on this one, Carlos.  It's far too good to languish in "Nonfinishedland" !!

Not much progress. :banghead:

In these pics nose and nozzle are 'tape assembled'.

One point, the KCA gun is supossed to be internally mounted, but if you see the 3v at the top of this thread it is some semirecessed in fact, that's why I begun to add a bulge ... waiting for the result after more PSR  :banghead:
