To : Commander in Chief..NATO
From : Turkish Navy ship Mustafa Kemal
Location : The Black Sea.

Incident date: Jan. 23rd

While watching Russian sea trials with their Ekranoplan, Lenin the Turkish ship was approached by a very fast surface craft of unknown class. This Hydrofoil attack craft 'came out of nowhere', acording to the Captain of the Kemal. It locked on to us in a threat until we changed direction and moved out of range.
The report from the Russians stated the Turks were too close and the Turkish Government told the Kremlin 'they don't own the Black Sea'

Copy of this report : 23/01/09
Photos : 09/127~128

NATO have since named this craft Hydra.

Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?

This is the other shot. As you can see, the only 'bits' I didn't use were the wings.

Cobra, I only used the MiG 'cause it looked like a boat, front on. I looked at it in the shop and saw Hydrofoil written all over it.
