just the one model kit, but my Jack Daniels stash has certainly grown today :drink:
3 different sized bottles of the stuff, a 35 cl, a 70 cl and a 1 litre bottle
If I am careful and show restraint, they might just last me until my birthday.....on Jan the 12th
But I doubt it
Chris.
Merry Whiffmas to you all!!

One of these days I will crack them open, soif you don't hear from me for a while, you know I have.

Happy christmas all! Some nice additions to the stockpile today:

Hasegawa 1:72 VF-1A/J/S Valkyrie
Revell 1:72 Focke Wulf Fw 189 A-1
Bandai 1:100 Heavy Metal L-Gaim Mk.1 (cool!)
CC Lee 1:72 E-2C Hawkeye (looks like a knock-off of the Hasegawa kit - very nice!)

Also got some books, and an enormous pile of chocolate (I'm a huge chocoholic) and a few other bits.
Some of my models can be found on my Flickr album >>>HERE<<<

Nothing yet today - doubtful anything's under the tree really anyways.

Yesterday had a box arrive - ironically the Last one sent not the First one - Two Hasegawa KT-2 Tomcat A Pluses, a J7W2 Shinden Kai (YAY!), and another JASDF Weapons Set - All in 1/72, all courtesy of Evan.
Putty-fu, Scratch-jutsu and Bash-chi, the sacred martial arts of the What-If. Mastering them, is Ancient Chinese Secret.

Overkill? Nah, it's Insurance.  So are the 20" guns.

Witty Wings Sky Guardians 1/72 F-15J diecast. It was meant to be the Mt Fuji special scheme, but a joint cock-up between the missus & the shop meant I got a common or garden F-15J.  Ne'er mind, it's a nice looking chunk of metal.  Why a diecast???  Well, anyone who's ever sent me anything by post will probably understand why I had to have this particular brand! ;D
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Got a full boxed set of the Professionals, A Dr Who & The Daleks movie still - actually about 6 in a strip and a multi USB thingy and the latest Pratchett in HC - not a bad haul, the other Xmas present ( unintentional )  was my brother in law and family not staying over for 2 nights - had to shout at the 5yo to stop him electrocuting himself as the parents don't seem to care enuf - grr. Back to modelling soon

William in Oz after a long break - no kits finished in 09 so hopefully next year will be better

I thought whiskey stopped maturing once it was bottled?

As is their yearly tradition, our cats got me an armor kit. This year it's the AFV Club British CVR(T) FV101 Scorpion. AFV Club makes "honest" kits - pretty accurate, lots of features at a good price. The only annoying thing are the vinyl tracks.
Lisa got me two 1/144 Academy Minicraft P-38s. One will eventually become a turbo prop COIN aircraft.

NARSES2

Only one piece of Plastic - Trumpeter 1/72 Wyvern S4 (Early) , but got a Hannants "credit note" and some Modelzone Vouchers (didn't know they did them )  ;D
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Went to Chestermoor this morning and saw the new 1/32 Tamiya Spitfire, very nice but I'm not sure I could justify spending 100 quid on one kit, anyway I did get a 1/48 Tamiya Beaufighter Mk.VI.  ;D
