As for the superbug, its Revells new moulding, as judging by the sprue layout, its configured for an F version and possibly including or as a seperate issue the Growler with the size of the missing sprue area.

More like he's worried he will be spotted entering the store by the guys at Antics. And banned for life as a traitor lol
I always hope for the best.
Unfortunately,
experience has taught me to expect the worst.

i must not, i must not..........
mike! just how long is that lovely desk gonna stay paint free?  ;D ;D

I am very neat & tidy, y'know! will have to get a bigger cutting mat to cover it though...

I got myself an A3 one a couple of years ago at SMW - only problem was getting it home on the train  :banghead:

Don't know if Humbrol do an A3 one, but theirs are quite nice with the added bonus of the prop blade spacing grids. I always have a struggle to remember my basic geometry, but then I was taught by Pythagoras  ;D
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

chris, I've found an A2 one which I can get through work, so should only cost about a tenner. oh, and one of the cats has already started treating the desk as her bed...

Not a growth of the stash, merely an exchange. Our NEV drove all the way over from the windy side of the country this morning to spend the day in the 'Painting Shed' here at Schloss Jackson. I gave him a Hasegawa 1:48 Harrier, in return for a Hasegawa 1:48 'Shinden'...... Mmmmm 'Shinden', Luft 46, NMF Japanese, Hungarian 46, Vatican Air Guard, pylon racer, who can say what it will finally appear as.

Great day, Nev, looking forward to doing it all again sometime soon.

Got the new Xtrakit Scimitar off Hannants this week (see they can dispatch fast when its their own stuff !!)

Nice kit, its produced by Sword for them as per the Canberra PR-9 and is of similar qualitity. Certainly has Whiff potential although the price may preclude too many doing that.

Also received via ebay the Trumpeter Tu-22m2 "Backfire B"  ;D

You don't know how close that is to the truth! :D  Thankfully Ians kids are very cute :)

Harrier was planned to be JMSDF, but now I'm tempted to RL as its so nice with the anniversary markings...

Thanks for the airbrushing tutorial Ian, invaluable.

another RoG F/A-18E. its such a nice kit.

also a RoG albatross D.V and a Fokker D.VII.

the decals in the latter two are going to help with the project for which i bought some german WW1 lozenge
camo' decals at cosford. these two kits will probably get RFC markings.

I-H-G! 'ow about either the hungarian 46 or the racer shinden? the latter option an excuse for something
very colorful at least.

Xtrakit Scimitar plus lots of civil decals for Biggles stuff.

The Scimitar WILL be whiffed, and a French one sounds a possibility, or West German, or even Irish?
Lots to do, though, before I reach that stage.

Italeri A-4m arrived today from fleabay, and my new airbrush from Amazon. I keep killing airbrushes, sometimes I can resurrect them sometimes not so here is another one to kill. Oh and I can't use it yet as the hose fitting is wrong, so that is another 8 quid to get the right hose :banghead:
Hmmm, modelling..relaxing and affordable??? err...no
