another belated UPDATE  ;D

after 7 months of gathering dust, the work on the F/AV-12 has finally stared again.
she will be made up in USMC markings, uit will be VFA-115  :mellow:

hopefully she will be finished one of the coming days  :mellow:
on the bench:

Looking very good! ;D  VA-115 is a good choice. They were attached to the Midway when I was on board, so I'm really going to enjoy seeing the Eagles insignia on your project.

FINISHED.

i got the US Navy VA-115 decals from a 1/144 DML/Dragon A-6E twin pack.
only thing was a barely had enough space on the tail to fit the "00" on the rudders.
on the bench:

That's pretty cool, Nils.  This would be another nice kit to have in 1:48.
