I like the Nigerian Air Force Beagle.  The Ugandan Air Force MiG-21 is very clean looking - must have just been overhauled or acquired.

That Raspberry Ripple Hip is being used by QinetiQ for crew training, mostly pilots of the Afghan Air Force.

BAE had a Hind that they used to develop upgrade packages.  I'm pretty sure I've got some pics of it as it now resides at the Coventry Air Museum, I got to sit in the cockpit last time I was there.  I'll dig them out later.  Link to pic on JetPhotos:

What nationality is that Hip?  I _think_ its a Maple leaf in the centre of the roundel but can't be sure.  Am I correct?

They're leased actually.  The Mi-17 is designated CH-178 in Canadian Forces service.  The US have supposedly also leased a number of them, either for Special Forces use or the training of Afghan and Iraqi troops.  I haven't seen an American designation, though, official or otherwise.
