Thanks Mossie, that first link was the one I saw. Bookmarked it. I had it before but my PC freaked out a while ago when Yahoo updated something and lost everything in my bookmarks.
Love to see the A-36 if you get round to it!

I had a similar problem a few months back when the PC picked up a virus, fortunately I've somehow remembered or been able to search for most of the ones I lost.

I'll do that A 36, I think, someday, maybe!
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

There are quite a few from Classic/Ian Allen that I want this year too, He162, He177, Ju287 and Fw 200

I have the Ju287 book - very nice!  I have already ordered the other 3 as well - can't wait!

Regards,

Greg

How the hell did I miss this thread?

That book has just jumped to the front of my wants list (reading material wise) for 2009
I always hope for the best.
Unfortunately,
experience has taught me to expect the worst.

...that the contents of the book did not mention the Kawanishi A7K "Jinpu". Seemingly a "major" error. I mean, **I** have drawings, specs, and there is even a model made of it (RS?). My own "Jinpu-Kai" (Shiden-Kai follow-on) whif was unrelated except for using the name, but I was turned onto the name and plane by my research on the real plane project.

I don't know that I would buy one, but would sure like to peruse it!
My mind is like a compost heap: both "fertile" and "rotten"!

We can show it to you, but you have to commit seppuku afterward. ;D
The Leng Plateau is lovely this time of year

it looks as though it's not cost-effective for them to attend, apparently the takings don't justify the outlay, disruption to normal mail order business etc. (that and there was some sort of problem regarding being messed about by the organisers on previous occasions)

Finally pre-ordered it from Amazon today. Supposed to be delivered in November according to the website but I won't be allowed to read it till Christmas!  :banghead:
