Can you see where I'm going with this now Kit ?

Robert,

Yes, I can now. VERY low, so low in fact that you have to camo the aircraft as blades of grass.  -_-
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?

A Fly-mo!

I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Well actually I've had to get one of these Kit,  it comes in kit form and bolts to the front of my truck but is also quickly detachable should I have to go anywhere in my truck.  It came in useful this last month or so moving a lot of snow.  What you see on the ground here is nothing to what came down after a huge storm blew through a couple of weeks ago.

So tell me, does this baby fly nice and low, down in the "grass"?
;)
I really like the direction you're going in with the paint scheme!

I'm on the downward slope with this project, got the rest of the taping done today so it's just the main coat now and then the small details.  I might have time to get on with the other two projects I've started.

I'm not going to post anymore photos until it's done Ian, so you might be right on time when you return to see the end result, we've got till the end of April -- right !

Anyway the underside got painted this afternoon, I'll let it dry properly before I mask and do the top side.
