Do your PC-9s have a name ? Are they made in-country ?

No the PC-9s don't have a name (at least not officially).  Some were built/assembled in Australia by Hawker de Havilland.

Thanks Greg, just wondered that's all.  The CT-156 (modified PC-9) that are used here are called Harvard II.  Are the Aussie ones capable of carrying any armaments?  I've got an Aeroclub 1/72 PC-9 which I'm thinking of building for the Trainer/COIN GB, I've got some Hawkeye decals for it too in a grey Forward Air Contoller scheme.

The don't carry arms though - their replacements might though.

The CT-156 (modified PC-9) that are used here are called Harvard II.

BTW, the CT-156s are Beechcraft T-6 Texan IIs which are heavily modifiied PC-9s.  The Harvard II name follows on from the original North American T-6 Texan/Harvard trainer of WWII.
