The one I'd like to go with that, but preferably in 48th, is in this clip from the Airwolf episode "Eagles"

Strange to see Seth Haslett as a villain...

I think that's an Avtek 400. The company went bust before they completed flight test.

Really?  Interesting.  I always thought it was a Piaggio design.

If you want a list of all the aircraft used in Airwolf Lee, try impd.  It lists by aircraft and movie (even computer games now).

I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Amodel is doing a Piaggio P-180 Avanti and Hannants have posted the box art. No price info yet.

I think I've still got a Contrail vacform Avanti somewhere, and it's not too bad IIRC.

Cracking looking aeroplane and loads of possible RW schemes, never mind the oodles of Whiffability.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

I've got the Sanger boxing and it is a really good vacuform, so is the Starship they do too

Aggghhhhh!  :banghead:

If they HAD to do a Comet of that period they could have picked a straight 4, or better a 4C! Then we airliner fans wouldn't have to convert them from 4Bs.

I wonder if there's some connection here with the upcoming Airfix 4B?

This one looks to have a better cockpit transparency and has resin exhausts for £1.80 more than the Airfix kit which is due out on April Fools Day.

That's like $65 CDN !  :banghead:

I just noticed on the An-30 pic the staple makes it look like it's dropping a torpedoe.

Only with postage from the UK, more like $50 CAN without it. Doesn't anybody import A-Model into Canada?
