Can you please get in touch with me with your proper given names as well as your WHIF IDs home addresses I don't think are necessary (too much info), some of you have contacted me already for which I thank you. 
I feel it appropriate to include your proper names on the certificates, mainly because all we see on the site is the Whif IDs and as this is a official/formal certificate I feel it should reflect that. So unless you don't want your names added, in which case you must have something to hide and I will pass on your details to the FBI, CIA, Interpol, CI5, MI5 etc ............

So far proper names have been been given, addresses is maybe too much so I won't put that on the certificate, I think you are entitled to some privacy as such. I have sourced an appropriate Whif image I will use for these certificates, I had a couple of options one being an X-29 which although not a production aircraft is still an unusual one even though it is not a true Whif but I have a plan B alternative.
What I would like from each of the winners is a couple of pics of your winning model, so that I can use them as relevant background images for future certificates. Can you all assist me in this please?

I will email these certificates to each of you personally as PDF files for you to store, print off, throw darts at, your call. I think if I was to print hard copies my printer would melt and I don't think my boss would be too happy if I used the colour printer at work.
Finally I will get these to you as soon as humanly possible once I have confirmation of all the details, yes I work 9 to 5 and then there is always the traffic queues.......... the joys.

Just thought I would show you what the X-29 certificate looked like. Style, text etc should remain much the same, although I am planning to change the background image. If the winners are happy with the X-29 version   please say so and I will use it.  The image I intend to use is the Tempest image which will be cleaned up, background painted out etc.
Your thoughts and feedback please.

I have revised the image for this first first lot of certificates, I will make use of your individual winning model's images for the next awards at the end of this year. So please forward a suitable image to me and I will use it accordingly.
Currently I am using an older machine and it is grinding to a halt when I try to generate the PDF files, but most text details have been added to the files, I will email you your final PDF award files once I am back on my normal machine in about 2 weeks time.

This is the revised certificate format with the final image for now. Once you send me your winning images I will use these for the respective categories for the 2009 awards. I will email you your final certificate files once I can get them into PDF format, but as the software eats all the Ram in this PC I will probably have to wait till I am back on my main pc in a couple of weeks.

Have already PM them before you added your posting, at present I think there are only 2 of the names I still require but I will have to check at the beginning of the week, as I am visiting my family and not near my home PC.

As some of you may have noticed you should have a JPEG image of your winning certificates in your email inboxes. If there are any errors get in contact and I will correct them accordingly, and as soon as my PC problems are resolves I will create the PDF images and get them to you.
Dave Drake and Geoff Baker can you both forward me your email addresses so I can get the certificate images to you, sorry Geoff I am sure I had your address on my other machine but thats the one that is kaput.
Once again many congratulations, if possible can you all forward me images of your winning entries where possible so I can use them for the backgrounds for the 2009 and future certificates, I have some already.
