They are just physical manifestations of collisions between enigma & conundrum particles.

Any aircraft can be improved by giving it a SHARKMOUTH!

Hmm, I'll have to work on that idea.  ;)
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

In other news, Jan Pol of AZ has announced that their special kit for Telford is a 72nd Saunders Roe SR53.

I'm thinking of one in Kangaroo roundels for some reason ?? Woomera local defence ? Defence against what I'm not sure but that's never stopped Defence Planers before  ;)
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

YES!

Where was that announced (can't see anything on the AZ website)?

And as I can't make it to Telford I will come a grovelling pretty soon to someone to ask if they'll pick one up for me.  Pre-paid of course.

Island based against an Indonesian communist insurgency, or more real-world, Malaya?
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Ferret?

Seems an odd choice of name for a fighter.

Westland Weasel, Supermarine Stoat, CAC Quoll...

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Both Martin Baker and Saunders Roe kits look very interesting.

I must admit that when I first saw the name and the wing-tip pods I thought that it was some sort of electronic warfare variant!  ;)

They look VERY interesting - I think my "no spend" aim for the remainder of the year may be going out the window as I type  :o
Oh to be whiffing again :-(

I wasn't sure about the SR-53, but having now seen the "in service" boxing I think it will be joining the stash as one of the few jets  ;)

Having built the ancient Airfix SR53, and seen and heard (Did I EVER hear it!!!!) the real thing at Farnborough, I'm finding that 'operational' SR53 very interesting. Maybe with Red Tops on the tops and an under belly cannon pod?

I am really looking forward to the SR-53, but I would have thought that the RAuxAF would have been a more likely recipient for these to help back up the SR-177 which the main squadrons would be operating.
