NARSES2

Well having just booked train and hotel for this one I suppose it's time to post it.

Sunday 5th April at RAF Museum Cosford.

Who else will be there ?

Chris
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Mike Wren

me & (hopefully) my RAF SAR Predator  ;D

Thorvic

Just a reminder. the Cosford show is only 2 tables single depth, so those displaying will need to coordinate their efforts to avoid disappointment !.

Cheers

I will be there hopefully, not quite sure what I'll bring yet but it won't make too much of an impact on space!
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

I'll be there too, together with Mrs. PR19. Shropshire is her 'home county' so Cosford is familiar territory.

I'll just bring my smaller stuff but I'll have to wear  some disguise, as if the staff at Cosford find out it's me I'll be for the high jump after umpteen people asking them to see the 'real' PR19 over the years...... ;)

What sort of time do we need to be there, and do we need passes or anything?
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Regards
Kit

The show starts at 10am and it'll be wise to arrive before then, otherwise you'll be parking most likely in Devon.
Not sure about passes.....I've not had the bumph re. positioning yet for Stafford, but I can't remember needing any before.
I'll be there.

Woof, woof!! I might have my supervisor with me. Woof, woof!!

Right! The place opens around 8.30ish for set up I belive (if its a bit later, dont give the people on the gates hassle, its not their fault). And no need for passes as the place is free to get in. As Rad has said its best to get there as early as posible other wise u may be parking in the next county.

And due to the limited table space, I think the two models per member guide lines should apply for this one. (feel free to bring more but dont expect to get more than two on the table at any one time if we happen to be mob handed). Those intending on bringing larger models please PM me with what they are and how big. so we can make sure we dont run out of space for the smaller stuff.
I always hope for the best.

I 'should' be there, and if I am, I'll bring the usual two 1:48 models..... neither of them will be a TSR2 !

i should be there, but i am not sure what with model wise.....

[note to self: i must decal some models! that'll get 'em finished]

btw, what a/c are we nosying upto this year?

My route takes me past Derby on the A38, might be able pick you up from there somewhere, or I could swing in if it's not too deep into Derby.  I have a habit of getting lost in towns!

Derby is a nightmare, a sure candidate for nuclear obliteration if I didn't live that close....only 25 minutes away, but the wrong direction sadly, and my car's full anyway.
