Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?

Maverick

Looks like it was worth the asking price Greg.

Thanks!  You have to see the size of this beast to believe it !  (look at the size of the commander)   :tank:

Jschmus

I'm guessing the engine is out front, Merkava-style?  What a beast.  A pair of those could hold Fulda Gap against all comers.  I wouldn't want to try maneuvering one in an urban environment, but out in the open...

Dang that turned out freakin awesome.
I amuse me.

Juliette Charlie, look at that monster.  That thing would be a pure end wrecking machine sitting in the right locations.  Urban warfare is not for that, she's an open country tank like the Konigstiger.  Long as the rounds held out and the skies were clean, she'd be a wrecking machine.

The engine probably is front, look at the vents over the track guards, they look suspiciously like exhausts as well.

Bravo Zulu, man.

Just your friendly neighbourhood Mad Scientist and Ship-whiffer.

Overkill? Nah, it's Insurance.  So are the 20" guns.

sudzonic

That is a truely awsome beastie well done
Four wheels move the body, two wheels move the soul!

Talos

Yeah, the engine is in front on that version of the Type 61. It only has two crew as well, since the rest of the turret space is taken up with ammo and the loading system for the twin cannons.

Awesome work on the kit, chu, very awe-inspiring!

Mossie

Fantastic job on a very cool looking tank Greg!
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.
