What if... Following low reliability of BMW engine, RLM orders a DB-601/605 powered Fw-190. 3 cannons on-board, no MGs, frontal-ventral radiator.

Have you seen my Fw-190E? ;D

Gondor and GTX, did you want it sent to your private e-mails, or posted on here?

In the meantime, Antares Models has this listed in their future releases:

ANT-48 Focke-Wulf Ta152/Jumo 222 conversion set

Wolf Clan, Mohawk Nation, Keeper of the Eastern Door

Great stuff. Converted from the D-9?

Yep, the Academy D-9, with the engine from the Academy Bf109G-whatever it is (10?). 1:72 scale. :)

Academy do the -6 and -14 while Revell do the -10. Easy enough to get them all mixed up as some had only slight differences.

It'd be the 14 I think. The one with the white scheme on the box. I hate the 109, so I don't pay much attention to it most of the time...

denodon: Yes indeed. Not finished yet unfortunately.

Rickshaw: Underneath. I initally forgot, but I added one of the 109's rads under the belly later. Need to take a picture of it...

Thanks for the heads up - I contacted Marcelo of Antares Models and he advised that this conversion will be available in July this year.  What's even better is that it is in 1/48...Woohoo!!!

Scratchbuilding both the Ta 152C-9 and the Ta 152H-5/6, along with the latter's laminar wings, in 1/72. By all appearances, Antares' conversion is for the Ta 152C-9, so hopefully they put in the cowling gun openings. Either way, I will be getting two of this kit, just to do both versions.  The laminar wing will be interesting to do... :drink:

If Antares' offering is anything like their Ta 152S-1 conversion set, this one will be a great addition.

Apparently the Ta 152 Jumo 222 conversion is suitable for Dragon Ta 152 C-0 kit:

I will probably order a few copies - some for use on single engined birds, some for double...

Ta152 with DB610 - note, no intelligence what-so-ever was used in the creation of this:
