I get impression you like it. Amazon and Waterstones have been sent copies and a shedload are going out as direct orders. I can only apologise for the delays, but hope it was worth the wait.

It was conceived in a curry-house in Salford and today we had another Salford curry-house conference...

The curry houses were both in Manchester - if Chris only knew how much that matters...

Luckily, the book is not still there, but ideas for the next ones were hatched.
