It would be great if the tooling company who did Revell's 1/48 Rafale and Strike Eagle could tool up a Hawk P-6E, F4B, Snipe, Avro Triplane, SM-79, and an AMX in both 1/48 and 1/72 scales.

still on the wish list:

1/72:

TSR2 (Airfix, please re-release in decent mass production)

Well I noticed that you will be able to get a 1/72 die cast TSR2 now, by Corgi. That's according to an ad in Combat Aircraft magazine for Monk Bar Model Shop

My wish list additions:

1/144 weapons bays for all the Trumpeter Soviet Bombers - I would LOVE to do the 1/144 Blackjack with a full twin rack of Kh-55's, I'd LOVE to do a Bear with a rack of them too, or to do a 1/144 Badger with a FAB-9000.

1/144 Trumpy Backfire - Please transfer it down from 72, and kindly, this time, DON'T BOTCH IT BY REMOVING THE WEAPONS BAY AND PAYLOAD OPTIONS!!!!!!!! *shakefist*

My wish list:

Retooled plastic kits of:
Virginia class CGN's
Long Beach CGN (I want one so bad!)

1/350 modern US Navy weapons, especially RAM mounts!
Modeling isn't just about how good the gluing or painting, etc. looks. It's also about how creative and imaginative you can be with a subject.
My modeling philosophy is: Don't build what everyone else has done. Build instead what nobody has seen or done before.

Hey Seadude - you can find SOME of the Modern US weapons in resin from WEM I think it is, in 350, though I'll admit, it's not all that frequent.  There's another resin maker who does them too, forget who it is... and you could always try tossing a comment at Flyhawk to bring some of their modern PE sets up to 350, they've got a PE set that has hatches and baseplates for both the 32 and 64 cell VLS blocks, just on their own with other stuff.  Master also does most of the modern guns in brass barrels as well.

Would like to see Fujimi update Eagle and Ark Royal kits to later configurations, Eagle as per her 1964 refit and Ark as either her 1965 fit which was still quite similar to original version or her 1970s format complete with FG1 Tooms and Buccs.

Would be nice if Pitroad or Dragon did some more of the modern Royal Navy in 1/700, perhaps convert their resin Type 21 and County to plastic

Hope Airfix do the Type 23 and Type 45 in 1/350th to go with their Illustrious and the Bronco Vanguard, possibly followed up by a CVF when they are launched in a few years time.

Think I asked before for decent Leanders in 1/700th....

How about original designs for non-first world navies? I'm thinking particularly of the Vosper export frigates, from the smallest (Nigeria's Mk.1s and 3s) to the largest (Brazil's Mk.10 Niterois). Whatever their fighting qualities, they're one of the prettiest designs ever, and surely the Iranian Mk.5 Saam's status as the fastest frigates in the world earns them a small place in history?

Nothing wrong with MPM these days.  Their Meteors are stunning pieces of tooling, the Defiants were top notch too.
