A decent, affordable, ACCURATE Spitfire F21/F22 and Seafire F45/F46/FR47 in 72nd injection!

AMEN!!!!!!  They already have some of the later bubble canopy versions in 1/48 and even 1/32.  How about a a scale down guys?  You know it will sell!

I know I am in a minority here, but I was more in 1/144th scale!  Oh sure I can get some of the most common WWII and modern aircraft, but how about more versions and some of the lesser used military aircraft.  After all there is no Mosquitoes in 1/144th, very few Mirages, no Meteors, no US Navy Panthers (ok there is one in resin), but not a mainstream kit.  1/144th scale seems to have be limited to civil aviation.

If you're interested in 1/144, here are a few places to look:

The SmallScaleModels mailing list is a home for many 1/144 fans, including a couple of people who make small-run resin 144 scale kits

Don Schmenk, a regular on the SSM group, has a Meteor model available.

If you want unusual 1/144 scale stuff, you should take a look at what Rickshaw is selling on Swap Shop!

Would like the 1/72nd Fokker G.1 to be either rereleased or put out by another company.  One of my favorite Dutch birds.
Oh, and an injection T.V with decent machine guns would be nice too.

I have a 1/48 Meteor from AMT WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS (BUT IT'S REAL EASY), but I'm not sure what mark - can I send you a photo?

Balderdash!  Aeroclub did a Mosquito B35 in 144th limited injection (admittedly some time back and it's discontinued) and Welsh Models did a vacform Meteor F8.  There's a resin Meteor F3 available too.

Airalex has a commendable 1/144 range of resin aircraft as well, covering many common and uncommon types:

...Fio's Jet powered SeaBee in 1/72...

I must have missed that one...

I'd love it if Airfix scaled down some of their recent 1:48 Spits. They look soooooo good, but they're the wrong scale...  :-\

Gondor

I was thinking on the way home from work today that it would be nice if someone produced a new tooling of the Shackleton. The Mark 2 preferably followed by the Mark 3 with options for the Jets in the outer engine pods.

There were rumours of Airfix considering the Shackleton, possibly Trumpeter too.

A Shack would be great, yes.

At the moment, given that Hasegawa have just released their new VF-11 Thunderbolt kit (from Macross Plus), I'd love it if they did a VF-4 Lightning, and/or a VF-2SS.
