I finally finished this one up :)









Tried something different with the stand and weathered it up, not sure if it's too over powering but I kind of like it :)

Seriously, you nailed it!  Love the dark spine and the weathering (including the stand...you may have started a trend there) but, for some reason, what attracts my eye the most are the droptanks.

The weathering of the stand is just gravy on the steak, man.  It really ties it all together, almost gives it a Display Monument look, where it's on this large steel stand, fixed in place, at some monumental place as a reminder of those who were here once before...
Putty-fu, Scratch-jutsu and Bash-chi, the sacred martial arts of the What-If. Mastering them, is Ancient Chinese Secret.

Just your friendly neighbourhood Mad Scientist and Ship-whiffer.

Overkill? Nah, it's Insurance.  So are the 20" guns.

Love it! I'll echo the sentiment that the others have about the weathering on the the base. It looks like an intentionally built model of a gate guard somewhere.

The base might hev been overpowering and distracting if you hadn't weathered it, but the weathering on it really ties it together nicely with the plane.
