Just though I should explain my unexplained absence of late; I have been far from inactive, just not doing any whiffing or skiffing (unless you count 'What if knights rode whales instead of horses')

We have a ruling from the Judges' panel and, yes, this is considered Whiffery.
Maybe leaning towards "Black Whiffery" but it's still Whiffery, nonetheless.
