Timesavers for ericr though ;D

right! fits my natural maziness :
here is one I hardly had to paint with a bit of red (on the added floats!):

and another with just a bit of yellow :

it was an exercise in restraint from painting

I like the Martin in particular, a float version is something I could have seen them doing

Built the kit myself as an RAF mid 30's bomber. For it's age it's nice, very enjoyable build
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

The same reason they call Reliant Robins, 'Robin Reliants'. Because they don't know any better........  :banghead: :banghead:
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Regards
Kit

Captain Canada

Maybe we're thinking of the actor Boeing Sheene ?

Mea Culpa  :banghead: Amended my post.

As for the float plane it just looked like something that would have been done in the 30's so in a way I'm glad it was  ;D

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Captain Canada

Kinda plain but otherwise nicely done !
