National Engineers' Week in the UK is the week when the emigration papers come through. <_<

Actually, the best bet for a UK engineer is to be working on a highly advanced, secret project, wait for it to get cancelled on 'grounds of cost' then go work on the US version.

I think the same method works for Canadians too.
