Pyro's wanteds and disposals - updated 12th March 2010

Here's a list of parts and things I need. If anyone has any of these they're willing to part with, it would be much appreciated.

Wanted:
Philippines Air Force markings
1:72 floats - to fit a Fairey Swordfish. Those from the Matchbox Fairey Seafox, Norseman etc. would be ideal.
(Tamiya?) 1:700 HMS Nelson/Rodney 16" turrets and guns
Iwata HP-SB airbrush instruction manual (scan or photocopy will suffice)
1:700 Sea Cat missile launchers (and directors if possible)
1:700 Russian landing craft and helicopters
Trumpeter 1:72 Tu-16 Badger instructions
Trumpeter 1:72 Tu-142 Bear instructions Supertom saves the day!



I also have some kits that I'm not going to build, so I thought it would be best to offload them so I can fill the space with stuff I do want to make.

1:48 Hobby Boss Sherman M4A3E8 "Korean War"         £7 or £12 for both
1:48 Hobby Boss KV-1 Model 1942 "Simplified Turret"   £7 or £12 for both

1:35 Aber PE set: 35 008 Panzer IV Ausf.F1/F2                        £10

Models are as-new (or damn close), all parts, photo-etch, etc intact. Postage will be at cost. I am in the UK, so international buyers please take this into account. Bit of a bump for this. The Hobbyboss tanks are nice little kits. Tell your armour-building friends! I'm open to reasonable offers.

Also, I'm looking for a set of landing gear for an Airfix Spitfire. If anyone has these spare, please let me know.

Aeroclub do a decent Spitfire u/c set which is a direct replacement for the Airfix one.  You just need to remove the scissor links as they're no applicable to early Spits (ie before the mk IX).

Alternatively, I know a mate who's made a mould but the results are somewhat indifferent...

I know you can get aftermarket sets, but I can't afford to spend money on hobby stuff (or indeed anything else) at the moment. Plus I'd rather not splash out on (comparatively) expensive aftermarket bits when the model in question isn't even technically a Spitfire.

The top one is from the Academy Spit XIV and the latter the Revell Mk Vb.  I'd happily scrounge the former if I may?  Would be handy for the F21 rebuild I've got going.
