Uppin the ante in the football wars.  Fine job!
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Looks great!  Also cool to see one of my profiles done up on a kit  ;D

That was what I was thinking? P-51 vs MiG-15... although I don't think the outcome would always be on the MiG side.

I had many, many of your profiles to choose from!

Very well done, Frank! The paintwork and markings are most convincing!

I'm glad you were able to bring this baby across the finish line!

Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?

A likely story.

A likely story.

OK, would it be more believable if I got it from Radish?

That is superbly done.  A great profile, and a really great looking little MiG.  I might have to find one of those. . .

Thanks! The kit goes together fairly well - the cockpit detail is non-existent and you really need a canopy mask (or very steady hands) to do the framing. I only corrected the nose gear and added details to the cockpit; the rest was pretty much out of the box. The exhaust needs to go much further into the fuselage, but that would have taken more work than I was willing to put in. The wings are in one piece, with a central "wing box" flat section holding them together. The fit isn't all that great, so I cut the wings apart at the flat section. I used some putty and sanding where the fuselage (upper and lower) join, and around the nose intake ring, but it wasn't too bad of a fit.
