I saw a picture of a E-2C Hawkeye earlier with a shark mouth it was in a book called : Modeler's Close-Up #4: E-2C Hawkeye by Dataview Publishing,

To be totally honest I was very surprised to see a sharkmouth on the old Hawkeye.
